Sinews and Ligaments
The Sinews and Ligaments are the soft tissues associated with the Joints. It includes the Tendons and Ligaments, and in traditional medicine, can sometimes encompass the cartilage.
Some of the Medicine for the Sinews and Ligaments help relieve tightness of the tendons and thereby relax the joints. Some were classically regarded as strengthening the Sinews.
