Preparation:
Beat the Bdellium, powder the remaining herbs, then mix with Ghee to form a paste from which make pills.
Function:
Clears Wind-Damp, Settles Wind, Benefits Bones and Joints
Use:
Primarily a Vata (Wind) alleviating medicine, used for Vata Joint disease with cold joints, cracking, dry and pain with movement.

2. Arthritis
3. Rheumatism
4. Bone Marrow disorders
5. Ankylosing Spondylitis
6. Bursitis
7. Strengthens and rejuvenates Bones and Joints, promotes flexibility of tendons
8. Neuralgia
9. Tinnitus (from Wind)
10. Abdominal Tumors
11. Splenomegaly
12. Non-healing Ulcers
Dose:
2–3 grams daily in divided doses, taken with warm water, or warm water and milk.
Cautions:
1. Not used during pregnancy
2. Not suitable for Hot constitutions
Modifications:
1. Heat (Bile) type Arthritic disorders, take with Kaisor Guggulu
2. Phlegm/Damp types Arthritic disorders, take with Punarnavadi Guggulu
