Powder, then with clarified Borage and Bugloss juices, form Troches
Function:
Strengthens the Heart, Stomach, Mind and Spirits, regulates Qi, clears Heat, purifies the Blood
Use:
1. Heart Weakness
2. Defects of the Mind and Spirit
3. Palpitations
4. Heart Tremors
5. Nervousness
6. Melancholy
7. Insomnia
8. also clears Crass Humors from the Stomach
Dose:
1 scruple–1 dram

Modifications:
This is typical of such large Formulas used to nourish and settle the Heart and Spirit, which usually contain Gems along with a number of Aromatics. Unani medicine still has numerous such formulas, some of which are still in use.
