Preparation:
Powder, and mix with Honey to form an Electuary
Function:
Warms, opens Obstructions, promotes Urine
Use:
Edema from Cold and obstruction of the Spleen and Liver
Dose:
4 drams with warm water
Cautions:
1. Not suiatble for Yin deficiency
2. It contains Asarum and Birthwort which should be omitted.
Modifications:
1. Birthwort and Asarum should be omitted due to toxicity
