Powder
Function:
Clears Phlegm and Heat, resolves Swellings
Use:
1. Scrofula
2. Goiter
3. Lymph swellings in general
Dose:
2–4 scruples in white wine or Sage water
Cautions:
1. Due to the toxicity of the Hellebores, use carefully, beginning with the lower dose and increasing if needed.
2. Not suitable for use in young children or during pregnancy.
