Preparation:
Powder and form pills.
Function:
Opens obstructions, Improves Digestion, purges downward, promotes Menstruation and expulsion of the Afterbirth
Use:
1. Indigestion
2. Abdominal distention
3. Abdominal cramps, colic
4. Constipation
5. Promotes Menstruation; Amenorrhea with lower back and abdominal pain
6. Irregular Menstruation with dizziness, breast tenderness and depression
7. Difficult Childbirth
8. Retained Placenta
Dose:
2–3 grams twice daily in hot water
Cautions:
Not used during Pregnancy.
