Preparation:
Powder the herbs and form an Electuary with the Honey
Function:
Clears Cold Phlegm, strengthens the Lungs, stops Cough and Wheezing
Use:
1. Cough from Cold-Phlegm
2. Asthma from Cold-Phlegm
3. Chronic Cough with deficiency
4. Chest oppression with excess Cold-Phlegm
5. Difficulty Breathing associated with Lung weakness
Dose:
1 dram
Cautions:
Birthwort should be avoided
Modifications:
With the removal of Birthwort, this is a safe and effective formula.
