* Steel filings are steeped in vinegar 24 hours, then drying and powdered finely.

Preparation:
Roast the Myrobalans with Butter (Ghee is better). Powder the remaining medicines and moisten with a little Oil of Sweet Almonds. Mix well, and lastly, add 1 dram of Musk. With Triple the amount of Clarified Honey, form into an Electuary according to Art.

Function:
Stops Bleeding, opens Obstructions

Use:
1. Excess Menstruation
2. Bleeding Hemorrhoids
3. Leukorrhea
4. Promotes and advances Labor.
5. Enhances Fertility

6. Anemia

Dose:
1–3 drams

Cautions:
None noted

Modifications:
1. Some versions added 1⁄2 oz. of Asarabacca roots
2. Iron Bhasma would be a better form of Iron to use.
