Powder and mix with Honey to form an Electuary

Clears Damp, thins Thick Phlegm, Benefits the Senses, Warms
Use:
1. Phlegm and Damp affecting the Stomach
2. Phlegm and Damp affecting the Head
3. Phlegm and Damp affecting the Lungs
4. Dullness of the Senses from Damp
Dose:
as much as a Hazelnut
