Amount

Preparation:
Powder and form Pills of 500mg each

Function:
Clears Wind, stops Spasms, Strengthen the Brain and Nerves

Use:
1. Paralysis
2. Neuritis
3. Rigidity of the limbs, stiffness of hands and feet
4. Gout
5. Rheumatoid Arthritis
6. Convulsions
7. Edeme, Excess Serous Fluid
8. Elephantiasis


Dose:
Beginning dose should be 500mg, three times daily. Up to 2–3 grams

Cautions:
1. Contains prepared Aconite and prepared Mercury. Avoid overdose and should not be used for more than 3 weeks without a break.
2. Not used in Heart diseases, Hypertension
3. Weak patients, children under
10 years, elderly
4. Pregnancy


Modifications:
If this is recreated today in the West, the Mercury is omitted. It is probable that Cinnabar could be used in its place if prepared Mercury is unavailable, but to Tibetan practitioners, prepared Mercury has effects greater than those of Cinnabar.
