Preparation:
With Sugar the weight of the rest dissolved in aromatic wine, form an Electuary.
Function:
Strengthen the Stomach and Uterus
Use:
1. Strengthens Mother and Fetus during Pregnancy
2. Threatened Miscarriage
3. Morning Sickness, Nasuea and vomiting during Pregnancy
Dose:
as much as a Walnut every morning

Modifications:
1. The version listed in Avicennae arabum medicorum principis adds 1 dram of Amborum, probably referring to Amber rather than Ambergris in this instance.
