* Skin is to be peeled off
** Some sources list Andrographis in place of Shilajit. Shilajit is better for Inflammation and deficiency, Andrographis if there is excess Heat.

Preparation:
Decoction; the herbs are coarsely powdered to be decocted when needed.
It can also be used in Pills or Powder


Function:
Clears Damp, Relieves Pain, benefits Joints

Use:
Swelling, redness and pain in the joints

Dose:

Prepare a standard decoction with 1 tablespoon of coarse powder, to be taken in 2 doses during the day.

None noted

Modifications:
!. Some sources have listed Swertia or Andrographis in place of Shilajit.
