This is an elegant Tonic formula. Its basis is Si Jun Zi Tang, a primary formula to tonify Spleen and Qi. This formula strengthens the Spleen to help enrich Blood. The admixture of Qi and Blood tonics with Zizyphus Suan Zao Ren and Polygala Yuan Zhi benefits the Heart, and the combination with Spleen and Blood/Liver medicines supports the Nerves and Brain. It is very useful for Emotional and Mental imbalance associated with deficiency.
