1 handful ea.
1⁄2 handful

Preparation:
Traditionally, the beaten herbs were added to a quart of Ale, and boiled to a pint; then add Honey to taste. Nowadays, Wine, or Wine and water can replace the Ale.

Function:
Moves the Blood, Promotes Menstruation

Use:
1. This is used for Chlorosis, or Primary Amenorrhea:
2. lack of menstruation in young girls, usually accompanied with a pale face or greenish complexion.
3. It may be used for Amenorrhea in general.


Dose:

small cupful three times daily
