Moves Qi and Blood, Clears Stasis, Eases Pain
Use:
1. Abdominal Pain
2. Epigastric Pain
3. Chronic Gastritis
4. Chronic Pancreatitis
5. Gastroduodenal Ulcer
6. Angina pectoris
7. Coronary Heart Disease
8. Dysmenorrhea
Dose:
The above can be taken over the course of the day in three equal doses.
As a Powder, take 3–6 grams twice daily with wine or warm water.
Cautions:
1. Not used during Pregnancy
2. Not used with any Bleeding
Modifications:
1. Epigastric pain, add Cyperus Xiang Fu, Citrus Chen Pi.
2. Gastric Ulcers, add Corydalis Yan Hu Suo, Cuttlefish bone (Hai Piao Xiao)
3. Chronic Pancreatitis, add Paeonia Mu Dan Pi, Hawthorn (Shan Zha)
4. Angina Pectoris, add Safflower (Hong Hua), Notoginseng San Qi
5. Also for Angina Pectoris, form as pills adding Borneo Camphor (Bing Pian)
6. Coronary Heart disease, add Safflower (Hong Hua), Frankincense (Ru Xiang)
7. Also for Coronary Heart disease, add Safflower (Hong Hua), Ligusticum chuan xiong, Hawthorn (Shan Zha)
8. Also for Coronary Heart disease, take with Tao Hong Si Wu Tang.
