Preparation:
Prepare a decoction in a large pot.
Function:
Moves the Blood and Qi, promotes Menstruation
Use:
1. Amenorrhea
2. Dysmenorrhea
3. Could also be used in long-term management of Endometriosis, Pelvic Inflammatory disease etc.
Dose:
This is used as a Sitz bath; it may be reheated and used daily for 2–3 days before menstruation is due.
