Preparation:
Decoction.
Also used in Powder or Pill form.
Function:
Nourishes Blood, Clears Wind
Use:
1. Urticaria
2. Eczema
3. Psoriasis
4. Allergic Dermatitis
Dose:
Divided into 3 doses to be taken over the course of the day
Powder of Pills, take 6 grams 3 times daily.
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. Eczema, add Paeonia Mu Dan Pi, Burdock seed (Niu Bang Zi)
2. Psoriasis, add Paeonia Mu Dan Pi, Sophora Ku Shen
3. Severe Itching, add Oyster shell (Mu Li), Mother of Pearl (Zhen Zhu Mu)
