Use:
Commonly used for Wind affecting the Heart, Mind and Nerves
1. Heat associated with Contagious and Epidemic Diseases
2. Empty Heat
3. Combination of Bad kan (Phlegm) and Mkhris (Bile)
4. Stabbing pains
5. Hypertension
6. Tachycardia
7. Inflammatory diseases of the Heart: Myocarditis, Endocarditis
8. Wind affecting the Life Channel with chaotic and irrational thoughts:
9. “Unrecognized diseases of the White Channels [Nerves]”
Dose:
1⁄2–1 1⁄2 grams twice daily
Cautions:
1. Avoid overdose
2. Not used during Pregnancy
