Centaury

Centaurium erythraea

1⁄2 handful

Preparation:

Form a standard decoction

Function:

Clears Heat and Damp, stimulates Digestion

Use:

Poor Appetite; good for Digestive disorders with Heat and Damp, congestion; also for Heat and Damp affecting the Liver and Gall Bladder.

Dose:

1⁄2 cupful before meals
