Preparation:
Traditionally, the herbs are boiled in 16 times their weight of water until reduced to one-quarter, then mixed with Sugar and Ghee.
Today, the herbs can be Powdered and mixed with Honey and Ghee to form a paste (Electuary).
Function:
Promotes Breast Milk, Purifies Breast Milk
Use:
1. Insufficient Breast Milk
2. Poor quality Breast Milk
3. Postpartum tonic
4. Tonic for Breastfeeding women
Dose:
5–15 grams, taken with Milk to increase Milk, taken with Warm Water to purify Breast Milk.
It can be started as after Birth and continued for 3–6 months

None noted
Modifications:
This is a highly regarded Postpartum tonic and to promote quality and quantity of Breast Milk.
