Preparation:
Prepare a powder.
Function:
Clears Wind-Cold and Damp from the Surface of the Body
Use:
chills and fever, headache, and severe body and joint aches
1. Colds, Influenza
2. Neck/shoulder stiffness
3. Muscle aches
4. Arthritic joint pain, especially acute flareups.
5. Early stage Sores
6. stop itching in Urticaria (from cold-damp)
Dose:
2–3 grams with tea of fresh Ginger or Mint.
Cautions:
Not used in Heat conditions.
Modifications:
1. Sometimes Mint (Bo He) is added.
Similar Formula:
Ren Shen Bai Du San was the original inspiration for Jing Fang Bai Du San.
