** Probably Cornelian / Red Agate; Rdo klud is literally “Horse Brain” which probably derives from the Chinese name for Agate Ma Nao. Others have said Calcite or Halloysite.

Preparation:

Powder and form Pills

Function:

Clears Heat, Stops Wind, Moves Blood, Eases Pain

Use:

“This medicine cures all diseases of the White Channels [Nerves]”
Diseases of the internal channels of the Head and diseases of the Blood vessels of the brain.
1. Headache, severe, stabbing, tension, and due to hypertension
2. Migraine
3. Dizziness
4. Vertigo
5. Epilepsy
6. Paralysis
7. Facial Paralysis
8. Hemiplegia
9. Deviation of the Eyes or Mouth
10. Stiffness of the Neck or Limbs
11. Impairment of the Sense Organs
12. Loss of Memory
13. Meningitis
14. Hypertension (97% efficacy)
14. Vascular Inflammation
15. Tumors and Cancers of the Brain

Dose:

1 pill once daily.
Should follow the genral advice for taking Jewel Pills.

Cautions:

Avoid long-term use.

Toxicity:

NMR-based metabolomics approach to evaluate the toxicological risks of Tibetan medicine ‘Ershiwuwei Shanhu’ pill in rats.

Modifications:

If this is recreated in the West, Cinnabar should be omitted.
