Preparation:

Powder and with Honey, form an Electuary.

Function:

Strengthens Kidneys, Benefits Qi and Blood, Calms Mind and Spirit

Use:

1. “Increase Virility”
2. “Strengthens the Nerves”
3. “restores the blood eminently”
4. “causes abundant sleep”.

1 scruple
