Function:
Strengthens Digestion, Regulates Qi, Guides Qi down
Use:
1. Digestive weakness with bloating, flatulence
2. Colic
3. Undigested food in stool
4. Malabsorption
5. Irritable Bowels Syndrome (IBS)
6. Abdominal masses (Gulma)
7. Wind diseases
Dose:
2–3 grams, up to 6 grams, 2–3 times daily, taken with Ghee
Cautions:
Not used during Pregnancy
