Preparation:

Powder all the herbs (excluding Raisins and Saffron); pulp the Raisins and mix with the beaten Saffron; make a syrup with the sugar in water. Add the Raisin paste to the syrup and mix with the powdered herbs. Stir well, then mix in the ghee to form a paste with a suitable consistency.

Function:

Tonifies Qi and Blood, benefits the Spleen and Lungs

Use:

1. Weakness and Debility
2. Anemia
3. Digestive weakness

4. Cough and Bronchitis associated with weakness
5. Restorative in Chronic illness
6. Gentle Laxative

Dose:

6–12 grams, 2 or 3 times daily with hot milk or hot water
