Preparation:
Prepare a Powder. It was prepared into an Electuary with 3–6 times its weight of clarified Honey.
Function:
Clears Cold and Damp, stops Wind, regulates Qi, warms the Stomach, Heart Liver and Kidneys
Use:
“Effective against excessive weakness of the stomach, promotes digestion. strengthens the Stomach. it warms the cold Kidneys and dissolves and expels all excess phlegm from the Stomach. It opens the Spleen and Liver. and sharpens the Senses. It makes a man cheerful. slows down the gray hairs ahead of time; and it is suitable for all who have a cold nature” (Nicholas, Antidotarium)

7. Wind and Phlegm diseases of the Head: Headache, Migraine, Fainting, Vertigo, Dizziness.

11. Cold Kidney type Edema
12. Back pain
13. Impotence
Dose:
1⁄2–1 dram of the Powder; 2 drams of the Electuary, taken in the morning Fasting.
