Tragacanth	Astragalus tragacanth
Sweet Almonds	Prunus amygdalus dulcis
Bean	Vicia faba
White Poppy seed	Papaver somniferum
Gum Arabic	Acacia arabica
Armenian Earth	Terra Armenius	equal parts

Preparation:

Powder and mix with mucilage of Psyllium and Quince seed

Function:

Clears Heat, resolves Phlegm

Use:

Catarrh from Heat and Damp

Dose:

to be held in the mouth and sucked as needed
