Datura seed	Datura stramonium
Black Pepper	Piper nigrum
Gum Arabic	Acacia arabica	20 grams ea.

Preparation:

Powder, and with a little water, form Pills

Function:

Astringent for the Kidneys

Use:

1. Nocturnal Emission
2. Delays Ejaculation

Dose:

150mg

Cautions:

1. Avoid overdose
2. Not used during Pregnancy

Note that Unani has another Pill of Datura (Pills of Shafa) used for Headache and Fever.
