Preparation:
Decoction. Can also be used in Powder or Pills form.
Function:
Strengthens the Kidneys, Nourishes Kidney Yin, Relieves Inflammation
Use:
1. Pain in the Kidneys
2. Lower Back and lower body joint pain
3. Stiffness and weakness of the (lower) limbs
4. shooting pains in the lower back, hips, or lower limbs
Dose:
a small cupful several times daily
