Function:
Moves Qi, Nourish Blood and Yin, Clears Damp
Use:
Tongue may have slight tooth-marks or slight red edges, pulse is wiry
1. Irregular menstruation
2. scanty bleeding or clotting
3. breast distention
4. Fibrocytic Breasts
5. Premenstrual Tension
6. Depression (related to Menstruation)
Dose:
The above is divided into three equal doses to be taken over the day.
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. With Heat, add Paeonia Mu Dan Pi
2. Qi deficiency, add Atractylodes Bai Zhu
3. Premenstrual Tension, add Cyperus Xiang Fu
4. Fibrocytic Breasts, add Self Heal (Xia Ku Cao), Curcuma Yu Jin, Citrus Qing Pi
