Preparation:
1. Prepare Kajjali by thoroughly grinding Shuddha Parada and Shuddha Gandhaka together until it forms a fine, lusterless black powder.
2. Add the Bhasmas into the Kajjali and mix uniformly.
3. Add the finely powdered herbs and incorporate them into the mixture along with the Shilajit and Bdellium.
4. Transfer the entire mixture into a mortar and pestle or mechanical grinder.
5. Add the fresh Neem juice incrementally and grind the mass continuously for two days until it reaches a uniform, paste-like consistency.
6. Form into pills or tablets weighing approximately 250 milligrams each and dry thoroughly.

Use:
1. Sluggish Liver
2. Fatty Liver
3. Jaundice
4. Obesity
5. Sluggish Metabolism
6. Chronic Constipation
7. Stubborn acne
8. Eczema
9. Psoriasis
10. Chronic and obstinate Skin diseases
Dose:
Not used long-term. Use for a maximum of 2 weeks before having a break.
250 mg to 500 mg (1 to 2 tablets) twice daily
Cautions:
This will be illegal to use in most developed countries.
1. Not used during Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
2. Not used in children
3. Not used in those with Kidney disease
4. Not used long-term. Have a break after 2 weeks treatment.
