Function:
Settles Wind, regulates Qi
Use:
“Helps with all rlung [Wind] diseases without exception“
In general it is used similarly to Aloeswood 8
Dose:
2–3 grams, 2–3 times daily with arm water, broth, or rice alcohol.
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. for stomach pain you can add Pomegranate seed (Se bru) 20 and Hedychium (Sga skya, or Ginger) 20,
2. for bloating and rumbling add dehydrated Calamine (Gangs thig) 10 and Coriander (‘U su) 10
