Preparation:
Beat purified Bdellium with a little Ghee in a mortar to make a paste, then gradually add the rest in fine powder. Then form pills of 500mg.
Function:
Strengthens the Bones, Promotes Healing of Fractures
Use:
1. Fractures
2. Osteoporosis
3. Osteoarthritis
4. Cervical Spondylosis
5. Lumbago
Dose:
Adults: 1–2 grams
Children: 250–1000mg
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. To enhance Bone-healing effect and for Osteoporosis, take with Red Coral, Mother of Pearl, Withania, and Cissus Quadrangularis
