Preparation:
Decoct the first three ingredients, strain, add 10 lbs. Honey and boil until thick. Then add the rest in fine powder.
Function:
Stops Wind, Clears Cold and Phlegm, Strengthens the Brain and Nerves
Use:
1. Headache
2. Apoplexy
3. Epilepsy
4. Paralysis
5. Lethargy etc.
Dose:
1 oz. morning and night.
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
In this formula, Calamus can replace Acorus.
