Uses:

1. Clears Heat and Damp, Promotes Urine:

-Urinary Tract Infection, Cystitis
-Obstructed Urine
-Edema
-Jaundice

2. Tonifies Kidney and Liver, Brightens the Eyes:

-Lumbago, Sciatica, Arthralgia
-weak or failing Eyesight
-delayed growth in children

3. Clears Heat, Resists Toxin, Resolves Swelling:

-Swollen painful breasts, early Fibrocystic Breast
-Traumatic Pain

Dose:

Decoction: 6–18 grams

i. from Damp-Heat, Vitis amurensis with Poria Fu Ling, Phellodendron Huang Bai, Plantain seed (Che Qian Zi)
ii. from Deficiency, Vitis amurensis with Poria Fu Ling, Water Plantain root (Ze Xie), Astragalus Huang Qi, Stephania Fang Ji
2. Swollen painful breasts, Vitis amurensis with Dandelion (Pu Gong Ying), Vaccaria Wang Bu Liu Xing
3. Fibrocystic Breast, Vitis amurensis with Paeonia Mu Dan Pi, Cyperus rotnudus (Xiang Fu), Wasp Nest (Feng Fang)
4. Delayed growth and malnutrition in children, Vitis amurensis with Ba Zhen Tang (a formula)
5. Eye weakness, poor or failing vision, Vitis amurensis with Lycium Gou Qi Zi (Goji),
