Botanical name:

Saxifraga spp:
Several species supply this medicine:

1. od ldan dkar po: S. melanocentra (syn. Saxifraga pseudopallida, Micranthes melanocentra
2. od ldan ser po: S. egregia

Saxifraga pallida (syn. Micranthes pallida), Saxifraga pseudopallida (syn. Micranthes pseudopallida) are alternate varieties (Nepal).
S. elliptica has also been listed as a source.

Uses:

1. Nourishes Blood and Qi, Benefits Eyesight:

-weakness and debility associated with Blood and Qi deficiency; Anemia
-improves Eyesight; benefits all senses
-Anti-aging Elixir, promotes longevity

Dose:

Powder: 1–3 grams

Substitute:

Eyebright
