Mishri (Unrefined rock sugar)

Amalaki Svarasa (Emblic juice)

Phyllanthus emblica

sufficient

Preparation:

Powder the Myrobalan and Tinospora finely, cover with fresh Emblic Myrobalan juice, and triturate until all the juice is absorbed, then leave to dry. Repeat the adding of juice and drying for a total of 7 times. Dry well, then powder and mix with the rock sugar in powder and keep for use.

Function:

Rasayana (Tonic to the 7 Constituents), Promotes Longevity, Improves Sight

Use:

1. Premature aging (premature grey hair, early wrinkles)
2. Good tonic for the aged
3. Exhaustion
4. Chronic Fatigue
5. Lowered Immunity
6. Blurred or failing vision
7. Good during Convalescence after chronic disease or viral infection

Dose:

1–3 grams twice daily with honey or warm milk

Cautions:

Generally safe for long-term use
Caution in those with Diabetes due to the sugar content.

Modifications:

Honey could replace the sugar.
