Purge to be Taken in Cancer

Herb Name	Latin	Amount
Senna	Cassia angustifolia	3 drams
Agaric Troches	Fomitopsis officinalis
Aniseed	Pimpinella anisum	1 dram ea.
Black Hellebore prepared	Helleborus niger praeparata	1⁄2 dram

Preparation:

Macerate overnight in sufficient Fumitory water, bringing briefly to the boil the following morning. Strain, and add 1⁄2 oz. of the Syrup of the Juice of Fumitory, and 2 drams of Confectio Hamech.

Function:

Purges Melancholy, opens Obstruction, resolves Tumors

Use:

Cancer

Dose:

The above is taken once or twice per month in the long-term treatment of Cancer. In between, preparatives, alteratives and strengthening medicines are used as needed.
