Pippali (Long Pepper)	Piper longum
Saindhava (Rock Salt)	Sal Gem	equal parts

Preparation:

Powder

Function:

Promotes Digestion, clears Cold, Damp and Phlegm

Use:

1. Indigestion
2. Poor Appetite
3. Fever (from accumulation of Ama / Damp and Phlegm)

Dose:

5–10 grams daily in divided doses with warm water
