Rue	Ruta graveolens
Lovage	Levisticum officinale
Black Pepper	Piper nigrum	equal parts

Preparation:

Infuse in wine and add honey

Function:

Stops Wind, clears Cold and Damp, moves the Blood

Use:

Headache

Dose:

a small cupful twice or thrice daily
