Pills to Strongly Promote Menstruation

Aloe	Aloe spp.	150 grams
Ferrous Sulphate	Ferrous Sulphate	75 grams
Sa ffron	Crocus sativus	12 grams

Preparation:

Powder, and with water, form pills of size 4

Function:

Strongly moves the Blood to promote Menstruation

Use:

1. Amenorrhea from excess
2. Dysmenorrhea

Dose:

1 pill three times daily before Menstruation is due

Cautions:

None noted
