Ispand Kham (Wild Rue seed)	Peganum harmala
Ispand Biryan (Wild Rue seed toasted)	Peganum harmala
Post e Khashkhash (Poppy seed)	Papaver somniferum	25 grams ea.
Kunjad Siyah (Black Sesame seed)	Sesamum indicum	20 grams
White Sugar	Saccharum	200 grams

Preparation:

Powder the herbs, add the Sugar, and with a little water, make a pill mass.

Function:

Astringes to stop Leakage, restrains the Kidney Essence

Use:

Specific for Premature Ejaculation

Dose:

1–2 grams
