Phlomis rotata (syn. Lamiophlomis rotata)

Neutral/Warm. Bitter, Sweet

Uses:

1. Move the Blood, Clear Stasis, Eases Pain: (TCM, Tibet)

-Trauma, Bruising
-Dysmenorrhea
-Flooding and Spotting

2. Clears Wind-Damp, Benefits Tendons and Bones, Eases Pain:

-Pain, swelling and trauma of the tendons and ligaments
-Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis
-Fractures, weak or soft bones
-obstruction of the channels
-stiffness of the body

3. Clears Damp:

-Indigestion
-lymph accumulation
-anuria
-Sinus congestion
-Impetigo

Dose:

2–3 grams (Chinese Pharmacopoeia)
