Preparation:
Nux Vomica must be prepared according to Traditional methods. Generally, it is soaked in water, then peeled, then cut into small pieces and stir-fried with Sesame oil. There are various other methods that may be used; See Nux Vomica.
Powder and with sufficient Honey to form pills of 500mg each.
Function:
Regulates Qi, Stops Wind, Moves Blood, Eases Pain
Use:
“various diseases caused by the spread of bad blood into the upper part of the body”
1. Hypertension
2. Chest or Thoracic pain or tightness;
3. Fullness in the upper body
3. pain in the Upper back from Wind
4. Severe stabbing pain in the head or upper body
6. Difficulty Breathing, Shortness of Breath
7. Fever caused by overwork and fatigue
Dose:
500mg–1000mg (begin with lower dose) morning and evening with warm water.
Cautions:
1. Not used during Pregnancy
2. Avoid overdose
