Form a Kajjali (black sulphide) of the Mercury and Sulphur, then combine the other ingredients.

Preparation:

The gems are finely powdered and levigated with Rose water. (Harder stones are best formed into Bhasma). I part of the combined mixture is added to the above Kajjali-based mixture.
Next, the entire mixture is triturated together with the following liquids, each just enough to cover the mix. They are triturated until the liquid is absorbed, then dried, and the next liquid is added. The liquids are: fresh Lemon juice, Malabar nut concentrated decoction, Betel leaf juice, Emblic Myrobalan juice, and Triphala decoction, in that order.
Finely, the paste if formed into 125mg pills.

Function:

Rasayana (Tonic to the 7 Tissues), Nourishes Essence, Strengthens the Body

Use:

Generally reserved for chronic, severe conditions involving severe depletion or wasting, loss of strength and vitality
1. Chronic and obstinate Bronchitis and Asthma
2. Advanced Tuberculosis
3. Severe emaciation, Muscle wasting
4. Loss of Vitality
4. severe immune deficiency
5. chronic degenerative states
6. deep-seated chronic diseases with complicated or non-responsive conditions
7. Chronic and Intermittent Fevers
8. Epilepsy

Dose:

½–1 pills (62 ½ – 125mg), classically taken with Honey and/or Ghee, or Honey and Ginger juice, or Long Pepper decoction.

Cautions:

This will be illegal to use in most developed countries due to the Mercury content.
1. Not used during Pregnancy
2. Not used in Children
3. Not suitable for long-term use. (Extended use requires kidney function tests)
