Ren Shen (Ginseng)	Panax ginseng	15 grams
Dang Gui (Chinese angelica)	Angelica sinensis	15 grams
Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogon)	Ophiopogon japonicum	10 grams
Rou Gui (Cinnamon)	Cinnamonum cassia	10 grams
Zhi Gan Cao (Fried Licorice)	Glycyrrhiza uralensis	10 grams
Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis)	Corydalis yanhusuo	30 grams
Xi Xin (Asarum)	Asarum chinense	5 grams

Preparation:

Powder

Function:

Strengthens the Heart, Calms the Spirit, Moves the Blood, Eases Pain

Use:

1. Palpitations with Anxiety
2. Restlessness
3. Uncontrollable laughing and crying
4. Dull complexion after childbirth

Dose:

6–9 grams, up to 15 grams, made into a draft with Decoction of Chinese Dates (Da Zao) and fresh Ginger.

Cautions:

Not used during Pregnancy
