This wonderful Manuscript is housed at the Berlin State Library. It is available to view and download from the World Digital Library. It was written by Johannes Hartlieb (Physician to the Duke of Bavaria) in 1492 and is known as his Krauterbuch (Book of Herbs). It is extracted form Magenbergs Buch der Natur which was written 100 years earlier and was the first book of Natural History in German. The illustrations are highly stylized, and in some cases are quite wrong.
