Herb Name	Latin	Amount *
Rhubarb	Rheum palmatum	2 drams
Yellow Chebulic Myrobalan	Terminalia chebula (yellow)	1 dram
Cinnamon	Cinnamonum zeylanicum	1⁄2 dram

Preparation:

Infuse in distilled waters of Wormwood and Fumitory, of each 2 ounces, then strain; add 1 ounce of Syrup of Rose solutive. In modern times, it can be infused in water with 1⁄2 dram each Wormwood, Fumitory and Rose being added.

Function:

Clears Liver heat, Purges Bile

Use:

1. Liver Heat,
2. Cleanses the Stomach, Liver and Bowels

Dose:

1–2 ounces
