Skyu ru ra (Emblic Myrobalan)

Emblica officinalis

20 grams ea.

Ba sha ka (Adhatoda)

Adhatoda vasica

50 grams

Spang ma’i me tog (Gentiana algida)

Gentiana algida

40 grams ea.

* two sources have given different proportions. The first column is Tibetan, the second from Buryat region.

Preparation:

Decoction; typically coarsely ground and 3–5 grams, or a spoonful, is decocted in water down to half.

Function:

Clears Heat, Dries Damp, Resolves Swellings

Use:

1. Breast Swelling
2. Mastitis
3. Mastopathy
4. Fibrocytic Breast Disease

Dose:

Take 2 or 3 small cupfuls daily.
