Preparation:
Decoct the juice and sugar to a syrup, adding the Vinegar towards the end and removing the scum; then add the Ginger and White Pepper in fine powder, and boil to the thickness of Honey.
Function:
Strengthens the Stomach, stops Nausea and Vomiting, gently Binding
Use:
1. Nausea
2. Vomiting
3. Poor appetite
4. Indigestion
5. Belching
6. Diarrhea
Dose:
As much as a Nutmeg with Wine for an adult. Taken before food to promote Digestion and stop Fluxes, after food to stop Vomiting, otherwise in the morning.
